I installed Pinnacle 15, which worked correctly. When I tried to use it again, I could no longer see the acquisition images (import). I uninstalled the program with the intention of reinstalling it. The uninstallation went poorly, and I manually deleted it, including in the registry. There are three important lines that refuse to be deleted. The problem is that when I want to reinstall, I get the message "this installation will update," but then the installation does not continue.
It seems that there are still deletions to be made.
Do you have any ideas for a solution for me? Thank you in advance for your responses.

Hello and thank you for the feedback.
I have cleaned everything related to "pinnacle" and also "pcle". There has been progress and now I get the following when I try to reinstall:

Error 1722 there is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action PCLE_RegisterBlueShellEXT.dll, location: \C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ ...\regsvr32.exe /s /c ""
I think I need to clean regsvr32 of anything related to PCLE...
Can anyone give me information about this issue?

Download "regseeker" (free).
In the top right under languages, set it to French.
Check all boxes, except possibly the backup option at the bottom left. In the "search" area, type "pinnacle 15" and regseeker will search for and find all the non-uninstalled keys in the registry.
Right-click on these keys and delete.
Warning: Do NOT use the "registry cleaning" function, it's too dangerous...
