Ordinateur tres lent

Salut à toi ,déjà ,Fait une défragmentation des disques et tape "msgonfig" dans Executer et clique sur démarrage et laisse que ton antivirus et les programme ddu PC rien d'autre .
Ensuite Installer Ccleaner (Gratuit) et fait un nettoyage du registre + Un nettoyage Internet .

Après tout sa redémarre le Pc et dit moi ce qu'il en dit ;)

je ne sais pas quoi faire de plus , j"ai fait malwarbites ,addcleaner , ccleaner; avast minutieux et à chaque fois des bestioles trouvées que j'ai supprimé mais cela suffit il? Merci et a bientot j'attends vos conseils
