Bonjour,
mon neveu de quinze ans ma chargé de faire un petit nettoyage de son ordi portable qui rame de plus en plus; ayant eu entière satisfaction de vos interventions pour mon ordi en rade je reviens vers vous pour trouver quelqu'un pour me diriger dans un nettoyage complet

Salut à toi ,déjà ,Fait une défragmentation des disques et tape "msgonfig" dans Executer et clique sur démarrage et laisse que ton antivirus et les programme ddu PC rien d'autre .
Ensuite Installer Ccleaner (Gratuit) et fait un nettoyage du registre + Un nettoyage Internet .

Après tout sa redémarre le Pc et dit moi ce qu'il en dit ;)

j'ai fait une defragmentation mais elle s'effectue tous les 8 jours automatiquement, puis ccleaner et je ne vois pas la difference

je ne sais pas quoi faire de plus , j"ai fait malwarbites ,addcleaner , ccleaner; avast minutieux et à chaque fois des bestioles trouvées que j'ai supprimé mais cela suffit il? Merci et a bientot j'attends vos conseils
