Badoo account blocked? How to contact the administrators?

Hello,
I woke up this morning to check my messages on Badoo and I found out that my account is blocked for violating the site's rules. I really don't understand because I only went on once yesterday evening.... When checking my emails, I see that I received an email informing me that someone reported my profile saying it was fake and that the administrators would have deleted it. I really want to know by what right they delete and block accounts without any proof? Is there a way to contact them? It's completely ridiculous that they rely solely on someone's word without reasons? I just don't understand at all and I find it insulting to be told that I don't exist when there's no proof to the contrary!!! And I don’t see how they justify doing this!

Has this happened to anyone here?

My account has also been blocked without any explanation or warning. I used your address to find out the reason, and they replied that there had been multiple complaints against me along with the link to the charter, which is rather vague as an explanation.
I have been on Badoo for 2 years, and I have always been respectful. I am not pushy; for me, there is nothing that could lead to a complaint.

Badoo was good a few years ago, but now there are tons of fake accounts, probably created by the admin to encourage subscription, and all the deleted accounts are free accounts that don't bring them any revenue. It's all about profile stories...

Hello, we politely refuse an appointment, or we do not respond to a person, they report you and Badoo blocks your account for spam or non-compliance with the rules while you remain polite and your photos are real! without any verification on their part.

Hello, my account has also been blocked for supposedly committing fraud after a complaint!!! It's really ridiculous! It’s too easy to get someone shut out of this site by believing anything!!!! There are really some ill-intentioned people......

Pour moi, c'est plus grave, c'est une atteinte à la personnalité de traiter un homme de délinquant sans preuve. C'est grave, un grand préjudice moral. Moi, je suis malade à cause de la décision de Badoo, qui appuie sur le bouton "escorts", puis demain pourquoi pas "terroriste". Un juge, avant d'accuser un accusé, il lui faut des preuves. Vous décidez tous seuls. Et vous faites un fichier. Je veux des excuses, j'avais beaucoup d'amis. Qui m'apprécient. Je suis sur ce site depuis je ne sais quand, je n'ai jamais parlé d'argent à qui que ce soit. Je n'ai même pas compris.
