Hello,

Hi, I'm new to this site and I find it very useful.. I bought a LET32A700P LED TV, but the problem is that it gets stuck after I connected the internet cable.. it doesn't show anything except the scan that yields nothing. They told me that it needs to be flashed. Where can I find the firmware for this 3D HD TV? Or how can I recover this firmware from another TV of the same brand? The company doesn't provide this firmware on the grounds that it is new to the market. Also, I want to know how to access the hidden menu... THANK YOU.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 18.0

Hi, I spent hours looking for a solution for this TV let32A700P (Iris TV LED32A700).
Try: Menu, then type 8-8-9-3, and a secret menu will appear, and abracadabra...
you need to do a "factory reset" and everything will be back to normal... good luck...!!!

Hello, it's quite simple, your TV is so new that it is no longer sold....... So avoid these pseudo brands, TV out of order return to sender, ask for an exchange, since it is no longer sold, then ask for a refund, unless you find another model from a real brand with customer service and after-sales service in the same store, then ask for a credit note to buy something else.

Hello, I contacted customer service and they asked me to send the TV to the factory with the retailer to have it flashed, and the reason for not releasing the firmware is that it is new as you said, but it has good picture and color quality... I compared it with others and I like it.. I will wait for the result... but first I want to know how to flash such a TV and where I can download the firmware without going through the manufacturer... just curious, nothing more!!!

It depends on the manufacturer; generally, you create a file or go to the manufacturer's website to download the latest firmware, decompress it into that file, and then copy it onto a blank USB drive without any other files. It should normally be detected automatically. For other TVs, you must go through a professional; the connection is made via the RS-232 port at the back of the TV.
For example, when you want to change the hard drive of a PS3, you download the firmware to the PC, create a file called "UPDATE," copy the firmware into it, then create a PS3 folder, drag the first one into it, and put everything onto a USB drive. You connect it to the PS3 while it’s turned off (unplugged), turn it on, and the PS3 is restarted.
Be sure to respect lowercase and uppercase letters, punctuation, etc...
For an LG TV, you create a file called "LG_DTV"; each manufacturer has its method.
