bonjour ! j'ai réussi à graver des vidéos sur un dvd-RW X4 (sans marque). Là, j'ai acheté par mégarde des X2 (philips)et ça plante... J'ai essayé avec néro et avec NTI, rien à faire. ça a un rapport avec la vitesse? pourtant le logiciel indique qu'il grave à X2 (avant de planter!). Ou c'est mon graveur??

comment répondre sérieusement sans un minimum d'informations...?
Nero pour chaque échec fournit un message d'erreur explicite et dans tous les cas une log permettant d'identifier l'origine du problème...

bonjour ! oui, j'ai enregistré le rapport d'erreur. après 10 min environ de processus de gravure, ça a planté : #45 Phase 38 File dlgbrnst.cpp, Line 1855
La gravure a échoué à 436,9x (65 535 Ko/s)
je dois donner peut-être plus d'infos?? en tout cas merci... -
pour avoir une vision du problème et de l'environnement il faut la log complète, à l'exception du numéro de license Nero...
