Hello,

Yesterday I bought a Thomson CP280 clock. This morning I set it up, everything was working well. And this afternoon, when I returned to the room, I saw that the clock's screen was off but the backlight was still on. I searched in every way to turn it back on, but I couldn't. The power button doesn't work.
I suspect my 2-year-old granddaughter may have pressed a button because there were traces of little fingers with chocolate on it. I hope she didn't spill any water from her bottle on it..... In any case, I took it apart and looked inside to see if it was wet, and there was no sign of moisture!!

Have you ever had this kind of problem?? Or do you know how to get it back up and running??

Good evening, if there are no signs of screwdriver marks or opening of the alarm clock case? Report it to the store where you bought it and tell them it doesn’t work, they will exchange it for you.

    No problem, only... solutions!!! :-)
IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR ISSUE IS RESOLVED, PLEASE MARK IT AS SUCH, THANK YOU.
