Hello,
my grandmother has had a laptop for 2 years from the brand (medium) with a
special keyboard. She accidentally pressed the wrong keys on the keyboard, and now when she
types 'i' it types '3', 'l' it types '5' and so on. I checked the settings to change back to
French keyboard but I couldn't succeed.
Can you help me?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Thank you for the last piece of advice; I was able to solve my problem.

Hello.
Some laptops allow you to modify part of the keyboard into a numeric keypad. Look for how to disable the numeric keypad in the computer's manual. -

By holding my finger on FN, the keyboard works well; I couldn't remove the numeric keypad
the computer I'm using is (MEDION Akoya from 2010).
I tried the FN key with all the other keys and got negative results. -
you haven't found the right key..
"ver num" or something similar.. -
Hello
Use the "Function (or "Fn")" key + the "Num Lock" key...
