Samsung es55 won't turn on anymore

Hello,
So here it is, for the past few weeks my digital camera won't turn on, the lens remains stuck half-open, the screen stays black and only a beep sounds
can you help me?

    Hello, so I had a similar experience except that for me it just comes from the screen and I can still take photos, but I recommend you go see a camera dealer, they should be able to fix your lens. And as for the beep, sorry I don’t know what to do. :/ :)

    remove the batteries (or the battery) for 10 minutes. In the meantime, clean it. Take a vacuum cleaner and gently vacuum the area around the lens.

    Reinsert the battery (or batteries) and try again.
