How to easily bring a grade back to 20 out of 20

Hello or good evening everyone,

As explained by the math teacher, it is indeed a simple rule of three.

The method:

- take the score out of 18 and divide it by 18

- you get a number less than 1 (like 0.something)

- take this number and multiply it by 20

- the result is the score out of 20.

The method is identical for any "base" X (10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 37, 345…), where X corresponds to the maximum score.

- take the score out of X and divide it by X

- you get a number less than 1 (like 0.something)

- take this number and multiply it by 20

- the result is the score out of 20.

And there you go!
