Hello,
I bought an Eonon E1012 car radio
and the problem is that my touchscreen is not responding to touches which is very annoying
I can play music when I put in a DVD and that works fine
thanks to the remote control I can access a menu but it's a small menu, nothing extraordinary
and the general menu is on the home screen but my touchscreen doesn't work
I don't know what to do, it's frustrating

    Brands like Takara, Tokaï, Muse, eoneon, or Neom by oxygèn-audio are just scams and of very poor quality, often with flashy options that don't work; these brands have the highest return rates in customer service.

    Get your money back as soon as possible before you exceed the 7 days... and invest in a real quality car radio:

    +1 the most reliable brands are: JVC, Clarion, Kenwood, Alpine, and Pioneer and nothing else!!!
