Driver USB LAN 10-100 Mbps

Hello,
I just bought a USB/Ethernet adapter.
The problem is that it's impossible to install the driver!!! (the driver is not on the CD provided).
My PC is running Windows XP version 2003 service pack 3.
Please help me. I don't know what to do anymore.
PS: The device instance ID number is:
USB\VID_0FE6&PID_9700\5&252B69B3&0&2
