Hello,

I have some drivers for example for the "Storex" external hard drive that used to work and its name appeared in the configuration, but now whenever I connect my external hard drive, I hear the sound that it is recognized by my PC, but it doesn't work!!

Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

    Reinstall the driver that might be missing.
    Are you on Vista? I wouldn't be surprised with that system.
