I want to create an intervention plan for my agency that was requested by the civil protection services as an intervention plan in case of fire or other natural disasters.

If you are a volunteer firefighter, stay one, stop taking our jobs with your equivalencies and the diplomas you are given that are useless on the ground, you don’t know anything about operations...

I'm not surprised you can't find work in this field; your aggressiveness shows a complete lack of tolerance and openness towards a job that, by nature, is open to all. Learn to be broad-minded and creative, and you will end up standing out.
      Good luck

    Hello,

I've also been working in this field in Belgium for over 15 years. I am also up to date with the new Royal Decree from 2014. Do not hesitate to contact me. I am professional, available, and I can travel.

      Hello
if you work in a company, ask if they have video conferencing, it's common and that's what you need.
Moreover, you can scan your document, set it as a background, and draw over it to use it as a template.
Otherwise, you can simply incorporate it in Word, go to its display properties to put it behind the text, and use the drawing tool.
      See you later

    Here I am again...

My diagram is coming along well, but I still have 3 questions because the English version is not my thing^^

    - How do I layout my diagram for printing (landscape, A3...) ?

    - Is it possible to enlarge the scale to cut certain parts of the diagram and have them larger?

    - Can we add colored backgrounds to the diagram?

    Thank you, Yoann.

    Hello,
I am the director of a community of municipalities in the Jura; we have a group lodge for 36 people and I need to create an evacuation plan at the request of the Departmental Security Commission. However, they advised us against hiring a professional company (too expensive). Apparently, being clear and readable is enough..... It's still not easy to do it alone!
    Best regards to everyone

I can at least guide you.
And don't worry, it's just a formality and your establishment (gite) shouldn't be complex to judge by my experience.
      See you soon.

Hello, College de la France, I am from Quebec and I have some questions that I would like to ask you regarding the evacuation plan. I have been searching for a while on the internet and maybe you could help me.

I need to draw the evacuation and intervention plans for all high and very high risk buildings located in my area.

I am missing some details when it comes to the drawing, and I would like to know how I can scan an already completed drawing and then work on it with Visio afterwards, as this would be convenient for me because it would reduce some workload.

    Hello
With a drawing software like Visio or Autocad, there’s no problem.
A quick search on Google will provide you with the elements to include.
If not, a simple plan in Word will suffice, as long as it is readable and understandable, and maintains the proportions.

It's very hard to redraw on scanned plans (thus on a bitmap file) because you will lose quality, clarity, and readability of your plans... The ideal is to retrieve the source files from the architects, and if they do not exist or no longer exist, you need to vectorize these plans and clean them up a bit, just to keep only the essentials to define the evacuation. Let me explain: on an architectural plan, everything that is joinery, frames, representation of tables, bathtubs, direction of door openings, dimensions, etc., only complicates the reading of your plans. Please reassure me, my Quebec friend, when you talk about the territory, it's not the ENTIRE territory, right? I have been a specialist in evacuation-intervention plans for 15 years, but unfortunately, I do not know Visio, but if you have problems with their development, I can help you.

    Hello,
it’s not just the NF 60 - 303 standard, there is now a certification standard NF318 for safety signage

which builds on the existing standard and improves it

    Best regards
    Phil.

    Hi,
I can help you, send me the plan by email, so I can redo it on the computer. I am a senior technician in industrial maintenance, I have extensive knowledge in both industrial and building drawing, and finally, I hold the position of head of D.C.I at OCP in Morocco. I have established several evacuation and intervention plans for various companies.

      Hello

The only way to create an evacuation plan is to redo it using graphic software such as Photoshop or Illustrator.

You can also add pictograms to the plan.

Hello, I am currently in the final project of my 2nd year of a BTS at the Lycée du Bois de Mouchard.
I have several questions to ask:
    - On one hand, I need to create an evacuation plan for a tire storage building and I would like to know if there is a free software available to create this plan.
    - On the other hand, a silly question, I can't find the flammability class of tires. Is this material flammable, highly flammable, or just slightly flammable?
    Thank you in advance.
