Spyware?

Bonjour,
depuis ce matin, des fenetres s'ouvre sans arret sur internet, pour un antivirus ou un antispyware...
Malgré le passage d'antivirus et des différents spyware, rien n'y fait. Voici le rapport kijackthis sur lequel je ne comprend rien :
