I am reaching out to you because like me, you are a owner of a BigBen Racing Seat 2 steering wheel and therefore you can potentially help me.
Since my children's steering wheel was not functioning at all, I unscrewed the 4 small screws on the back of the wheel and noticed that the small ribbon cable connected to the connector was unsoldered.
There was a glue point that kept it in place, but as it came loose, over time turning the wheel, the soldering did not hold.

However, I have no way to identify the order to resolder them.
BigBen support, after initially ignoring me, refuses to provide me with the solution under the pretext of confidentiality, which is ridiculous since anyone can see the wires.
I just want to know which wire should be connected to which pin: Red1, Blue, Copper1, Green, Red2, Copper2?
Could someone please remove the 4 screws on the back of the steering wheel and tell me the sequence or provide a photo corresponding to the soldering of the 2x3 wires of the 25-pin internal connector of the wheel? It's easy and takes just 1 minute!
