Annoying phrase!

Hello,

My sister gave me the IP of her server, and when I connect, it says "Can't reach server." If someone could respond to me, it would be really helpful because I was there, I restarted it, and it's really annoying me.

    Surely it's because you're using the SP version; it happens to me sometimes too. Either you can’t do it, or you wait a few days and try again.
