Hello,
I own a Mac Book Pro and I use ClipGrab (version 3.2.0.9) to download music. Until now, it has always worked very well, but recently it stopped downloading: I take the video URL, paste it into the software while configuring the format and the save folder, I start the download, which takes place, and then a confirmation message appears. So far, everything seems normal. However, when I open the save folder, there is nothing in it, the music is not there. How can I fix this issue? Where does it come from?

Same for me: the copied URL appears as usual, then the app crashes right away...?
