CGV Decoder and Remote Control Issues

Hello,
I have a CGV Premio ST1U and it's been working fine for about 2 months.
But recently, it seems like the remote control is working (Infrared OK), and the adapter (green light turns on and off manually) are no longer linked.
I'm stuck on a channel.
I have unplugged it, plugged it back in, turned it off and on, but nothing has changed...
Do you have any ideas to help me?
