Probleme transfer usb lent!

Bonjour,

j'ai récemment installer windows 7 sur mon ancien ordi , mais le problème , quand je prend mon disque dur externe le transfère de donner est extrêmement long!! même pas 1mb/s !
je suis dans les Ko/s! je comprend pas voici les spec de mon ordi : ( merci d'Avance!! )
