Floating text

Solved

Hi,
I'm looking for the procedure to create a text bubble in Excel that would move along with the scrollbar (it's for a sticky note).
But I don't know how to do it.
Can someone tell me if it's possible and how to create this object that moves?
I've seen several things online, especially about VBA functions, but I don't know what that is.
I think I might need to create a formula, but where to put it, how to implement it?
I'm a beginner.
Thank you all if you have a simple solution.
Best regards
Annie

    Hello,

more simply, why not put your values or 'reminder' texts on the first lines and freeze the panes so they remain visible?

    Hello again,
    thank you for the response.
Indeed, I thought about it and tried it, but it's not very practical.
I was thinking that there might be a way to have "a bubble" that follows (like you sometimes see on some websites - you know the ones that are annoying and that you want to get rid of at all costs because every time you scroll down with the vertical elevator, it follows!).
But it might be complicated to install.
Actually, it's a table I created for my expense budget. I have five columns (date - nature of operation - debit - credit - balance) and at the end of each month, I wanted to place some text in a cell on the right (always the same) so I wouldn't forget an operation.
So, I could envision a floating bubble that would move with me as I scroll down the sheet.
However, all I see is putting my text in a cell at the end of each month of the year, next to each line, by copying and pasting.
    That's it.
If you see any other possibilities! Thanks again

You put your text in another sheet of the workbook (file) and display both sheets simultaneously: View / New window / Arrange all.

    Re,

Come on, for the fun of searching...

Scrolling is not a detectable event; you need to select a cell for the memo to appear:
    - either at a fixed position relative to the first visible cell
    - or at a relative position to the active cell

    Good evening,
thank you all for your information.
I will try the floating memo; I really like it.
But I'm not sure if I will be able to do it.
I have looked at the 2 Excel sheets sent; but I need to create my text; I will get started.
    Thank you again to everyone.
Have a good end of Saturday and a good Sunday
