search for a number in Ivory Coast

Hello, I was given a mobile phone number in an online discussion, this number is from Côte d'Ivoire, how can I find out if it actually belongs to the person who gave it to me, thank you for your help.

With the directory http://www.abc.ci/index.php?page=4  otherwise, if it's a number given by a "scammer," don't hope to find their identity or be able to do anything useful for the police.

I checked the site you sent me, they only look for landline numbers; the one I was given is a mobile number. Is there another site we can consult? Thank you.
