[Virus ?] Ralentissement sur le Web

Bonjour,
Merci pour votre site.
Bien qu'ayant passé mon PC à l'antivirus (e-trust) à soumis à différents logiciels (avg, spybot, ad aware), je n'ai rien trouvé. Pourtant, mon PC rame sérieusement quand je suis sur Internet. Voici donc le rapport obtenu sur Hijack. Merci de me dépanner si possible.
