Hello,
Go to the windows and in Recently Closed Windows, if you find your toolbar, click on it and it will come back. To avoid this problem in the future, check the "Single Window" box. If it’s not in the window tab and Recently Closed Windows and you are already working in single window mode, go all the way to the left of your window, on the edge of your image window, two parallel lines and a small arrow will appear: drag them to the right while holding down the left mouse button...

LOL just hover over with the mouse, the bar will appear, right click and uncheck ... hide the taskbar etc.
