Problème sur virtualbox pour l'usb

Bonjour, je souhaiterai utiliser mon disque dur externe sur virtualbox ( j'ai linux ubuntu , et j'utilise virtualbox pour voir windows 7 ) . j'ai déjà téléchargé le Package d'oracle mais il m'affiche une fenêtre :
