trojans et dialers persistants , help please Fermé

Question

Salut tout le monde, je viens solliciter votre aide et votre experience ( encore une fois ; ) )
Mon pc subi depuis peu des attaques de trojans  et de dialers persistants , Avast n'y peut rien , ni avg !!!!! malgré un nettoyage en mode sans echec .....
Pouvez vous me venir en aide , s'il vous plait ?

Télécharge sur ton bureau : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip et dans le menu déroulant, tu cliques sur extrait tout ou extraire ici.
Cela va créer un dossier clean.
Double-clique sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers.
Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton clavier.
Clean va travailler.
Un rapport Va etre généré, colle le contenu entier ici. 

* relance hijackthis coche et fixe ces lignes :

- Clique sur le menu "File" -> "Past from clip board"
- Clique sur All Files
- Clique sur la croix rouge et et blanche
- Répond yes et laisse redémarrer ton pc.

Après redémarrage, relance Killbox puis clic sur le menu fichier -> Logq -> Actions History Log

Helas je dois me rendre a l'evidence ; ma bonne samaritaine n'est plus là , et oui , j'avais du temps a tuer et je me suis renseigné sur mon bienfateur  qui se revele etre UNE bienfaitrice !
J'ai consulté ton site perso ( tres bien fait d'ailleurs  ;) ! )
et en ai profité pour me documenter notamment en matiere de securité ( dois je dire pourqui hahaha ?!!! ).
J'ai fait la connaissance de loogiciels sympa et dun petit chien "Schotty " lol

en fait hier soir j'ai telecharger par le truchement de ton site quelques applications sympas ( winpatrol , spyware terminator ) donc je pense que c'est grace a ce controle que c'est limité , mais oui j'ai tjrs un probleme avec avast 4.7 qui m'indique des spywares mais ne peut les mettre en quarantaine ou les supprimer.
Par ailleurs , j'ai des pages de sites qui s'affichent des trucs de fesses et des sites de protections antivirus .

* Télécharge  Blacklight
https://europe.f-secure.com/exclude/blacklight/index.shtml
 (de F-Secure)
(le premier de la page)

Clique sur "I ACCEPT" au bas de la page. Sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
Double-clique blbeta.exe  et accepte la licence;
clique Scan  puis Next

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport,
sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log  (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
 NE PAS choisir l'option "Rename" de suite : nous devons analyser le rapport,
 car des fichiers légitimes peuvent être présents,  tel wbemtest.exe
