I want to know if I can configure a Panasonic remote N2QAYB 000570 so that my TV works again with a remote (the last one died). My TV is a Citizen model JCTV3242B.
Is it possible or if my remote is completely incompatible with the TV...

    But you have had a section with your remote control if it is new, with all the TV codes.
