When RF on Android/iPhone/iPad does not accept User ID/password
("The username and/or password you have entered are incorrect.")
1. Please make sure you enter your password for the Everywhere account, not your Master Password. No special characters can be used within the
2. On your computer please select the RoboForm Icon-> Logins -> Edit. Try to find a login named "RoboForm Online account". It contains your User ID and password for your RoboForm Everywhere account.
3. Please note, the User ID and Password are case-sensitive, so if you are sure that you entered them correctly and they are not accepted, check the case of the typed characters.
4. If you cannot remember the credentials used, and you do not have the login "RoboForm Online Account". You can create a new account from your PC. Select the RoboForm Icon->Sync->Turn On Sync / Settings-> Set up a New Everywhere account.
