Brother DCP-195C printer issue

Hello,

Good evening. My problem is that my Brother DCP-195C printer prints yellow instead of red, even though all the cartridges are full. Who can help me solve this problem?

Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 22.0.1229.94

    To fully understand your issue,

    create it with Word or Excel

    a large bold text in yellow
    another one in red
    another one in green
    another one in blue
    save it
    turn off the printer
    restart the PC
    print your document, making sure to specify "color" in the options

      Yes, I wrote a text in red and printed it, but the text comes out of the printer in yellow.

    Good evening
    do a cleaning of the print heads to see if you have all the colors but in my opinion, you have the magenta color clogged
    either you left the printer off for too long or you filled the cartridge with low-quality ink

    Uninstall your printer. Clean the registry with CCleaner and reinstall the driver after restarting your computer.
