Right-click on the cell, choose the format "custom," and enter YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss.

I right-clicked but I see "Format Cells," and by clicking on it, I can get the format YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss, and worse, it's still the normal format that we see in the formula bar. Thank you for your help.
In the formula bar, it's normal to see 22/05/2007 12:35:00 this comes from regional settings. However, you need to have the correct format in the cell.
