How to reverse a date format dd/mm/yyyy to yyyy/mm/dd

Hello,
I'm looking for how to reverse 22/05/2007 12:35:00, meaning I want to have 2007/05/22 12:35:00

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 16.0

    Right-click on the cell, choose the format "custom," and enter YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss.

      I right-clicked but I see "Format Cells," and by clicking on it, I can get the format YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss, and worse, it's still the normal format that we see in the formula bar. Thank you for your help.

      this comes from regional settings. However, you need to have the correct format in the cell.
