Pc rame, besoin nettoyage

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps mon pc rame et fais un bruit d'aspirateur.. Je pense qu'il a peut-être besoin d'un nettoyage, j'aurai donc besoin d'aide.
Je me sers de Ccleaner de temps en temps.
Est-ce qu'il est possible d'avoir un virus via une photo reçue par mail ? Car j'ai un doute (la photo je l'ai supprimée)
