Hello, I would like to blur a license plate on a photo, how can I do that? Thank you in advance and have a great day

Hello.
-> Install PhotoFiltre on your computer.
-> Right-click on the image you want to blur
-> Click on "open with" > "PhotoFiltre"
-> Select the area to blur, just like when selecting files
-> Open the "Filter" menu -> "Optical effect" -> "Gaussian blur"
-> Click on "OK" then Ctrl+S (save).
There you go...

One shouldn't put the cart before the horse, otherwise it’ll stall at the first turn.
