Problème écran noir au démarrage de la session

Bonjour,

j'ai un soucis avec mon pc portable (sous w 7). Il démarre normallement jusqu'à ce que je tape mon mot de passe. "Bienvenue" tourne pendant un moment puis écran noir avec le pointeur : impossible d'activer ctrl + alt + suppr mais le pc démarre en mode sans échec.
