Hello,
I am encountering a serious problem. Over time, my photos are turning into exclamation points except for the vertical photos. I redid the photo library. I went to Apple in BX, but they say the photos are gone and that it's not possible to retrieve them. They don’t know (or don’t want to say) the origin of the problem. I am convinced that these photos are somewhere. Can someone help me?
Configuration: Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.8) / Safari 5.1.7

This doesn't give me the answer. What are the possible manipulations to search for photos? And how is it that Apple is ignoring this problem?
