Bonjour,
cela fait plusieurs jour que je que j´essait de supprimer le trojan zlob dsi, dont j´ai hérité sur internet mais sans succés. Quelqu´un pourrait il me donner un coup de main?
En lisant les autre mail j ai vu que vous demandiez le rapport de hijackthis donc je l inclut aussi.

    Relance AVG AS puis choisis l'onglet "Analyse"
    Puis l'onglet "Paramètres"
    Sous la question "Comment réagir ?", clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaine"
    Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

    /!\ Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse /!\
    Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

    Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous"
    Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le raport ici

    supprime les fichiers inutiles (fichiers temporaire , cookies .. ect avec ceci

    pour finir quelque conseils de base :

    * Ne pas telecharger n'importe quoi eviter les programes gratuit genre smileys ...ect

    * Toujour analyser les fichiers telecharger depuis un peer to peer (emule , kazza ... ect) avant de les executer

    * Ne pas ouvrir les pieces jointes d'un expediteur inconnu et toujour les analysé avant de les ouvrir

    * Toujour analysé les fichiers recu via msn ou autre avec ton antivirus

    * Ne pas cliqué sur des lien louche dans msn

    * Passe reglierement les antispyware (adaware , spybot , avg .. ect) pense a les mettre ajour avant de les lancé c'est tres important

    * Supprime regulierement les fichiers inutiles (fichiers temporaire , cookies .. ect) a l'aide de CCleaner https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-ccleaner/

    * Netoye ta base de registre avec regcleaner https://www.malekal.com/nettoyer-sa-base-de-registre-avec-windows-registry-cleaner/

    * Utiliser le navigateur Mozzilla il est plus sure http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/products/firefox/

    -Maintenant que ton ordinateur est propre je te conseille de creer un point de restauration comme ca en cas de probleme (virus , plantage ..ect) tu poura tjr revenir en arriere

      je pense que le trojan a ete eradiquer mais j ai toujours cette fenetre qquand j allume mon ordi:
      C:\WINDOWS\system32
      avec tous les fichiers qui suivent, ce serait pas un reste du virus ou je ne sais quoi?

    je sais pas trop si cest un messaged erreur parce que lordi ouvre juste cette fenetreC:\WINDOWS\system32 avec tout ses fichiers dessous.
    C est tout l ordi demande rien d autre .

    bonsoir fait un scan en ligne kaspersky ensuite colle le resultat ici

    Clic sur l'image Kaspersky Online Scanner
    Clic sur J'accepte
    Installes le ActiveX
    Tu attends que la mise à jour se termine, une fois terminé,
    clic sur Suivant
    Clic sur Paramètres d'analyse
    Coche la case Étendue >> Ok
    Clic sur Poste de travail pour faire un scan complet
    Une fois le scan fini à 100%, clic sur Enregistrer rapport
    sous...
    Enregistrer le rapport au format .txt (en nom tu mets rapport ou
    ce que tu veux et en type tu choisis fichier texte (*.txt)
    Tu ouvres le fichier que tu viens de sauvegarder, copie et colle
    le rapport ici si tu es infecté

    bonjour le scan n'a rien detecté de mechant

    je pense que ton probleme est du a un programe qui se lance au demarrage on va y remdier en desactivant tout les programe inutile du demarrage

    - Menu Démarrer puis executer
    - Tape msconfig dans le champs et clic sur OK
    - Dans la nouvelle fenetre clic sur l'onglet démarrage en haut à droite
    - Décoche tous les programmes , laisses coché seulement ton antivirus ( avast)
    - Clic sur OK /appliquer/redemarrer maintenant

    *au redemarage une petite fenetre s'affiche coche ne plus afficher ce message

    dit moi ce que ca donne

    pour finir installe un parefeu pour renforcer la securité de l'ordi , n'oublie pas de desactiver le parefeu de windows avant d'installer kerio

    * Ne pas telecharger n'importe quoi eviter les programes gratuit genre smileys ...ect

    * Toujour analyser les fichiers telecharger depuis un peer to peer (emule , kazza ... ect) avant de les executer

    * Ne pas ouvrir les pieces jointes d'un expediteur inconnu et toujour les analysé avant de les ouvrir

    * Toujour analysé les fichiers recu via msn ou autre avec ton antivirus

    * Ne pas cliqué sur des lien louche dans msn

    * Passe reglierement les antispyware (adaware , spybot , avg .. ect) pense a les mettre ajour avant de les lancé c'est tres important

    -Maintenant que ton ordinateur est propre je te conseille de creer un point de restauration comme ca en cas de probleme (virus , plantage ..ect) tu poura tjr revenir en arriere
