Freeze de mon pc

Bonjour,


Depuis trois semaines mon pc freeze voici ma config:

Windows 2.5.1.2600 (Service Pack 3)
TYPE DE PROCESSEUR :
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5600
VITESSE DU PROCESSEUR :
2,83 GHz
MÉMOIRE SYSTÈME :
3,25 Go
MODÈLE DE CARTE VIDÉO :
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
PILOTE DE CARTE VIDÉO :
nv4_disp.dll
RÉSOLUTION DU BUREAU :
1280x1024
TAILLE DU DISQUE DUR :
931,51 Go
ESPACE LIBRE SUR LE DISQUE DUR :
509,18 Go (55 %)


Alors pour remédier a ce probléme j'ai fait:
-une défragmentation de tout mais disque durs.
-j'ai utiliser ccleaner fonction nettoyage.
-j'ai lancer une analyse compléte de mon pc avec mon anti virus il n'a rien dectecter.
-j'ai mis a jour tout mais pilote est toujours rien.

Et pourtant quand je joue à skyrim en ultra il y a aucun problème.
S'il vous plaît aider moi je ne peut plus rien faire sans qu'il y ait de freeze.
