PC frozen, shows startup repair????? Solved

Hello,
hello, my PC is stuck on a page displaying """"" startup repair """""

It asks me to run a diagnostic and apparently found a signature problem????? I don't understand anything and keep going around in circles

Can someone help me fix it?

PC REPAIRED!!! YAY!!!!

YET I DIDN'T DO MUCH.....

TAPPED F8, I GOT TO A BLACK SCREEN WITH A CHOICE TO SELECT

I SELECTED "LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION (ADVANCED)"

and I got to the desktop and I lost nothing..................

Hi, uninstall Startup with this: https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/19405-revo-uninstaller/ Restart your PC Then reinstall Startup.

if he managed to boot from the CD ...
