Hello everyone,
I have a small issue with Excel 2007: I suddenly can't understand why I can no longer group my columns to the left...
I don't have access to the window where I usually choose the direction of the grouping; it's automatically grouped to the right now.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you in advance!

While trying to be polite and/or friendly, is that possible?
I call "Grouping" the ability to... group columns/rows in Excel. I can hardly be clearer than calling it by its name.
In other words, it involves "grouping" (grouping/ungrouping) a group of columns or rows.
For your information, the solution consists of removing the automatic formatting from the entire tab, changing the orientation before reapplying the formatting.
Thanks anyway.-
If you could tell me where I was rude, I would be interested.
Grouping to the right instead of the left is not clear to me at all...
If asking for details to better understand your need is being unfriendly, don't worry, I will avoid your questions in the future.
So I won't say 'go take a hike' because I am polite!

Hello,
Just a quick addition (since it's not easy to find where to disable automatic formatting...),
Please check “http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/present-a-list-of-data-in-outline-form-in-a-worksheet-HA010095247.aspx”
-> In the “Data” menu, under the “Outline” section (where you can Group/ Ungroup), you need to click the small icon to the right of the “Outline” title to display the “Outline” dialog box...
