Hello,
I have a big issue with this brand new software I purchased some time ago.
The time has come for me to sit down and start the VHS backup, but the software is not executing correctly. The device is properly installed, but at the last step of "start recording,"
I get an alert from "Instant DVD Recorder" asking me to enter a valid duration.
I’m willing to, but the 0 cannot be modified.
What should I do??

you have to search on the Pinnacle site to hope to get the patch because actually the software is now called Instant DVD recorder
