Hello,
I just bought a new computer, an Asus, and when I start it I land on a page with the option to sign in to the "administrator" account or "other user"
Problem:
- if I click on "administrator" this message appears: "Your account has been disabled. please see your system administrator"
- if I click on "other user", I am asked for a password
What should I do?
Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 534.57.2

Hello,
You surely bought a demonstration PC, go back to where you bought it from so they can modify that for you. -
Hello,
No, I don’t think so, before it would turn on and I could go to the desktop, but it was loading things, and every time it would freeze and restart.
Well, if there’s nothing to do I’ll go back to the seller.-

It’s the same, even if you could access the desktop but nothing worked, that’s not normal on a new PC (or a demo unit).
Demo PCs are precisely equipped with a special program to prevent visitor tampering; it’s hard to tell which one, if the PC won’t boot.
Or try reinstalling it; practically all PCs have a hidden restore partition with factory settings, the implementation differs depending on the brand. -

Faster? Not easy. At startup, press F9, and you will choose the first option:
