Hello,
I just bought a new computer, an Asus, and when I start it I land on a page with the option to sign in to the "administrator" account or "other user"

Problem:
- if I click on "administrator" this message appears: "Your account has been disabled. please see your system administrator"
- if I click on "other user", I am asked for a password

What should I do?

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 534.57.2

    Hello,
You surely bought a demonstration PC, go back to where you bought it from so they can modify that for you.

    Hello,
No, I don’t think so, before it would turn on and I could go to the desktop, but it was loading things, and every time it would freeze and restart.
Well, if there’s nothing to do I’ll go back to the seller.

It’s the same, even if you could access the desktop but nothing worked, that’s not normal on a new PC (or a demo unit).
Demo PCs are precisely equipped with a special program to prevent visitor tampering; it’s hard to tell which one, if the PC won’t boot.
Or try reinstalling it; practically all PCs have a hidden restore partition with factory settings, the implementation differs depending on the brand.

Yes, thanks anyway, I’m trying to restore it and if it doesn’t work, I’ll go back to Fnac.
      Thank you very much!

I think there shouldn’t be any problem after restoring to factory settings, if that’s what you’re doing. Did you find out how to do it? Otherwise, give me the brand and model, and I’ll tell you how to do it.

It's an Asus R700V, but I'm calling the service now, that'll be faster :)
