Ralentissement de mon ordinateur

Bonjour,
j'ai quelques problémes avec mon ordinateur qui a passablement ralenti surtout qand j'ouvre des sites internet ,de plus les icones du bureau ne restent pas dans les positions definies.
j'ai fait des analyses anti virus avec malwarebytes et microsoft security essentiels rien n'a été trouvé.
j'ai fait un scan avec hijackthis que je joint.
je travaille avec windows7
si quelqu'un peut m'aider,cela me sera d'un grand secours
