Hello everyone,
After wandering around the forum looking for an answer to my problem and encountering nonsense like "search the forum," I'm asking a question that several people have already asked and that has never been answered (at least to my knowledge).
I installed Money 2006, and when I want to open my data file, it asks for my password. I enter it (I've been using the same one for years, and now it says the password is incorrect).
Does anyone have a trick to recover this password?
I know it's a sensitive topic, but I really don't want to wipe all my accounts.
Thanks in advance
See you later

Hello,
I have worked with Money 2003 for years. After a crash, I have a new hard drive. When trying to reload Money 2003, it refuses to open the saved file (it says there is a major problem and it must close LMoney...).
So I downloaded Money 2005 and its update. To open the saved file, it gives me a message asking to set the system date to 2004 or 2005 ("to be able to use the trial version"). If I don’t do this, the program closes. If I change the system date, then it agrees to open my file – but obviously that way all the dates on my computer are wrong....
What is this mystery????
