I ended up browsing a dating site, there was an offer for 3 euros for 3 days, and it turned into 50 euros every month since December! And I don't even have access to the site! I think I have no choice but to block the payment...

Even on the checking account of a deceased person, they managed to withdraw 35.99 euros even though the account was blocked the day after the death. The bank told me it's normal; it's not a direct debit, it says card purchase: he's strong from his grave, he can buy, tell me how; he didn't leave with his computer or his credit card. I had to block the deceased person's credit card even though I had already done so with the bank. I’m going to close the account to avoid further charges.

Someone can help me because I checked my statement and noticed that alcudabill.info charged me 51 euros even though I haven't made any purchases from them.

For your information, this inconvenience just happened to me, I am at Crédit Lyonnais (LCL), I called my advisor who forwarded my request to the card fraud center so that I could be reimbursed the €35.99 that was debited from my account. In the meantime, he ordered another card for me and kept the current one active so that the fraud department could trace the transactions in order to possibly file a complaint against alcudabill.info. As soon as I receive my new card with a new number, the current one will be immediately canceled.
I am waiting for the paper letter to allow me to get reimbursed because it needs to be signed by hand. I was not required to:
- File a complaint
- Block the card
- Having theft/loss insurance for identity papers etc., the issuance of my new card will be free and for 3 years :) Thank you LCL (for €12/year) it may be expensive but it works well, since I won’t have to pay the €38 for the card issuance...

My advisor informed the fraud department and noted in their server to no longer accept debit card transactions / transfers for this company: alcudabill.info, they are aware of the actions of these jerks, so simply reporting the fraud with the name was enough to make the advisor smile, and it was even he who (before I told him) said to me: "the sum debited should be around €35.99... so he knew what I was talking about :)

Be careful, this may only apply to LCL, other banks may operate differently, I don't know.
