Programming a Wallis universal remote

Hello everyone and happy New Year 2007. I have a Wallis Universal CM 300 remote control and I no longer have the installation manual. Can you tell me where to find the programming instructions for the remote control and can I program a Visionic brand decoder ref: 649400? Thank you in advance.

      Does your remote have a SAT button?
      If yes, all hopes are allowed ...
      If no, nothing to do.
