Hello,
recently, while cleaning out my old folders, I came across documents that indicated in their properties that they could be modified by an "unknown user account". I would simply like to know what this is and if it has a link to the recent slowness of my PC.
Here’s a screenshot for visual reference: http://img31.imageshack.us/img31/5177/compteinconnu.jpg
Thank you for your future help

Hello,
This is a residue from an OLD Windows installation!
With each new installation, the SIDs (Security IDentifiers) are
renewed.
Since it ends with 1000, it means this was the first user account
created (other than the "Administrator" account, which ends with
500, and the "Guest" account that ends with 501)
If this bothers you from a "cosmetic" standpoint, you can delete
this entry in the ACL (Access Control List) without
any problem.
A little reading here https://www.crazyws.fr/windows/compte-inconnu-sur-certains-dossiers-SRI0I.html
Catch you later.

There has been a change in permissions on my folders. I was no longer able to copy my files to another folder.
This might be due to a problem with the NTFS disk management formatted by an old OS (Win XP).

But this problem only appeared recently on my PC, possibly after a software update (Firefox, Open Office).
