Impossible d'activer un antivirus Fermé

Bonjour, 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 11.0
Tout est dans le titre. J'ai tout essayé et windows defender reste inactivable !J'ai fais ma petite enquête sur ce forum et je suis tombé sur une question similaire a la mienne. J'ai donc fais la première étape que Destrio5 conseillais :



- Télécharge HijackThis v2.0.2 sur ton Bureau :
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe

- Double-clique sur HJTInstall afin de lancer l'installation.

- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept.

- Clique sur Do a system scan and save a logfile.

- Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier/coller de tout son contenu ici dans ton prochain message.

Bonjours Darkcrystal,
J'ai essayé votre deuxième lien, lorsque j'ai exécuté ce programme, un message d'erreur s'est affiché et 2 secondes après, mon ordi s'est mis a pété un plomb. L'écran n'arreté pas de scintillé, je ne pouvais donc pas lire le message. Mais j'ai réussi a comprendre quelque chose avant que le message ne devienne illisible : un virus empêche l'éxécution du scanner. 
Je suppose que c'est ce virus qui empêche également l'activation de mon anti virus et des anti-spyware. D'ailleurs ces dernier sont inexistant dans le panneau de configuration.
Lorsque je vais dans le centre de maintenance via le panneau de configuration un problème de sécurité est noté et la solution proposé par Windows  est en Anglais:
