Pokémon that won't obey... What to do?

Hello,

I traded an Etourvol with a friend, but the problem is that it doesn't obey me. Normally, it should obey me up to level 30, since I have the first two badges and it is at level 21. The same goes for my Saphir game; my Medhyena, which I also traded a while ago, doesn't listen to me. And it's at level 12 even though I have the first badge.

Please give me a response if you see my problem.

Hello,

The issue here isn't their level, but the fact that you obtained them through trading. You can surely see that your other level 30 Pokémon that haven't been traded obey you.
