Weird question... These are very common cables...

These are USB cables with a type A connector on one end and a type B connector on the other, you can use them to connect a printer or an external hard drive to your PC for example.

These are cables mainly used to connect a USB printer to a PC or an external hard drive (3.5). Some other peripherals also use them, but that's primarily it for the general public.

Thank you very much, actually I saw that I had this for an external screen and I wondered if it was possible to connect this screen to my PC's screen.

But actually, I'm using a PC cable so it works (for the connection between the screens).
