Bandwidth Priority!

Solved

Hello,

I am a 17-year-old young man, and my parents have taken out a Free internet subscription.
However, my connection is absolutely awful; to give you an idea, in the middle of the day, I download at a maximum speed of 20kb/s. This is due to something that is completely consuming the bandwidth. But I don't know what it is! So is there a way to find out who is using the bandwidth? Can we prioritize a computer's access to the bandwidth?

P.S.: Separate question: Can you change the NAT of a hotspot network?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 537.1

On the Freebox 6, in the Settings/Television menu, you can specify the video quality for all channels. You set it to "Low bandwidth". Then you click on "Reset local settings" to revert all channels to low bandwidth.

Otherwise, another solution would be to prioritize the TNT channels. You connect an antenna to the Freebox to check if you can receive TNT. In that case, all the bandwidth will be dedicated to the internet.
