Problem with 3D film double image

Hello everyone, after purchasing a Samsung 3D TV as well as the 3D Blu-ray player, I wanted to try it (logical) since I have several 3D movies that work very well.
So I downloaded legally the Haribo ad (which has magnificent 3D effects) shown in cinemas, to test my TV.

I put it on my USB key then plugged it into my player. I launch it and to my surprise the screen is split and I see symmetrically the two images on one side and the other.
How do I fix that?

    hi

    you need to set your screen to side-by-side image in the 3D settings section of your screen, and if your 3D glasses are compatible with your screen you should be able to see the 3D clearly
