LED screen mosaic

Hello,

From time to time, the picture on the TNT channel becomes distorted to the point of resembling a mosaic of colors (the sound is also disrupted). I can't seem to fix this problem. I installed an antenna amplifier, but nothing works. Does anyone have a small idea about the probable cause? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

      Hi, I think that with just a little bit of investment (it does cost, yes) the reception of TNT needs to be "improved." Our leaders have loudly proclaimed the quality of TNT's free service, but they've forgotten to mention the existing antenna which 9 times out of 10 is no longer qualified;
      P.S. a window a little higher on the left when you scroll up this page of this post 'featured file' should be opened with curiosity
